SDG is the owner of 3 properties located on T. Alexandrov Blvd. in Sofia at its point of intersection with Balgarska Morava Street, to the east. After the purchases made in the previous years, the total area of the properties owned under this project is 1 205 sq.m.
In February 2017 A Decision of the SOC for a volumetric structural study was adopted and Specific rules and regulations for the detailed urban plan of the region were approved. The properties fall into the development zone “Zone of the new business center” (C1) with the respective building parameters.
